Born in Chicago, His teacher noticed Rodneyʼs funny nature and made a deal with him. If he would “shut up throughout the course of the day” he would be given an opportunity to perform for his classmates. Rodney found his early comedy stride while living in Monroe Louisiana. As he graduated from high school Rodney was also given the news that his first daughter was on the way. Perry then made a decision that would affect him for years to come, he joined the U.S. Navy. He says “How could I ask my mom to take care of me and my child? I had to grow up, I had to become a man in a hurry”.His first job in Hollywood was serving as writer/warm-up guy for Kym Whitleyʼs BET show “Oh Drama”. During this time, Rodney opened for acts like George Lopez, Cedric the Entertainer and Steve Harvey.Perry calls Atlanta home when heʼs not traveling the country to sold-out audiences or hosting his highly popular online radio show, Rodney Perry Live. His career has opened up many doors for him, from his work as co-host of “Whoʼs Got Jokes” or BETʼs “MoʼNique Show”, to his starring role as Harold in “Tyler Perryʼs Madeaʼs Big Happy Family”. Even though Perry is a sought out Actor/Host, he still remains a comedian at heart. He is currently preparing for his ‘made for TVʼ comedy special entitled “No More Mr. Nice Guy” and can also be seen every Tuesday night as the current Host of Bounce TVʼs “Off the Chain”!

Proclaiming himself “Lil Duval” after the county from which he hails, he has literally put his home turf on his back as he touches every nook and cranny available with his special brand of humor.A hilarious 2001 performance at a contest in Oakland caught the attention of Cedric the Entertainer. Lil Duval was invited to hit the road with Cedric.During the tour, Lil Duval developed his signature routine “Stalkerʼs Anthem (Bitch U Mine).” Set to Musiq Soulchildʼs 2000 hit “Just Friends,” Lil Duval twists the original song, which preaches about taking it slow and making the girl comfortable, into a pressure-filled encounter at a club: “Girl I know this might sound strange/But let me know if Iʼm outta order, steppin to you this way/See I been buying you drinks for a while/And Iʼll let you know . . . . Bitch U Mine!” He also released two underground comedy DVDs: Dat Boy Funny (2003) and Put Your Hands on Me (2005). Additionally, he appeared in Three 6 Mafiaʼs Choices II: The Setup as well as hot videos like T.I.ʼs “Rubberband Man,” “24s,” “Whatever You Like” and Yung Jocʼs “Itʼs Goin Down” and “Coffee Shop.”Duval can currently be seen on the MTV series Guy Code, but heʼs not done yet. “Everything that you can do and even more that hasn’t been done yet” is a serious goal for him. “Whatever it is the people want me to do, I’m going to do it. Loving her newfound tree, Queen Adele branched out to do her very own radio show (The Adele Givens morning show WGCI 107.5 FM Chicago), but not before filming her first movie role as Tricks in, The Playerʼs Club. HBO recognized her majesty by offering her a chance to do her own Half-hour comedy special and pilot The Adele Givens show. Queen Adele Givens wowed audiences everywhere on the very successful Queens of Comedy tour (13 consecutive sold out dates and a Grammy Nomination). Now the Queen of comedy, Grammy nominated artist, Soul Train Comedy Award nominee, and experienced television and film actress, had added the titles writer. Producer and Director to her resume. She is currently filming a movie she wrote and directed (The real extreme and confusing blaxploitation of ….SCANKHOSE.) All this and beautiful too! Itʼs safe to say that the little girl from Chicagoʼs west side has done the city proud!
