About the Artist: Cory and Chad, The Smash Brothers, are identical twin brothers born and raised outside of Los Angeles in the Inland Empire. Growing up with a biker for a dad, and a Post Office delivery lady for a mom, they moved frequently and attended a total of 14 different schools during childhood. Always being the new kids made them adapt by being outgoing and spontaneously humorous to gain new friendships. Despite their identical DNA, The Smash Brothers are almost polar opposites in personality and lifestyle. Cory is “the good twin” of the two, with a calm and passive personality he refrains from drinking and partying to keep the two grounded. Chad is “the evil twin”, with his bad boy personality and crazy, wild partying ways that keeps Cory on his toes. The Smash Brothers have impeccable timing and a fantastic way of working the crowd. Theyʼll share comedic stories of growing up and all the antics involved in being identical twins. The Smash Brothers are a must-see as one of LAʼs top comedy duo performances. Cory and Chad started doing stand-up comedy in 2004. In 2006, they created, produced, and directed The Dirty Show, their monthly hit comedy show that can be seen at the Ontario, California Improv. The Dirty Show has numerous sold out performances and is currently the longest running comedy show at any Improv in the United States. In 2007, they appeared on the first season of Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? and discovered that, combined together, they are only as smart as a 4th grader! Between 2012 through 2017, The Smash Brothers toured the country multiple times with Ralphie May and were a fixture of his Filthy Animal Tour. In 2015 they filmed and are featured in Andrew Dice Clayʼs The Blue Show currently on the Showtime Network.

About the Artist: The term “gotta laugh to keep from crying” could easily be any comedianʼs mantra but for one Louisiana transplant, Comedian Rodney Perry, the tracks of his tears have been a passionate journey to the top of his game which has led him to laugh out loud at all his naysayers. Born in Chicago, His teacher noticed Rodneyʼs funny nature and made a deal with him. If he would “shut up throughout the course of the day” he would be given an opportunity to perform for his classmates. Rodney found his early comedy stride while living in Monroe Louisiana. As he graduated from high school Rodney was also given the news that his first daughter was on the way. Perry then made a decision that would affect him for years to come, he joined the U.S. Navy. He says “How could I ask my mom to take care of me and my child? I had to grow up, I had to become a man in a hurry”.His first job in Hollywood was serving as writer/warm-up guy for Kym Whitleyʼs BET show “Oh Drama”. During this time, Rodney opened for acts like George Lopez, Cedric the Entertainer and Steve Harvey.Perry calls Atlanta home when heʼs not traveling the country to sold-out audiences or hosting his highly popular online radio show, Rodney Perry Live. His career has opened up many doors for him, from his work as co-host of “Whoʼs Got Jokes” or BETʼs “MoʼNique Show”, to his starring role as Harold in “Tyler Perryʼs Madeaʼs Big Happy Family”. Even though Perry is a sought out Actor/Host, he still remains a comedian at heart. He is currently preparing for his ‘made for TVʼ comedy special entitled “No More Mr. Nice Guy” and can also be seen every Tuesday night as the current Host of Bounce TVʼs “Off the Chain”!
